Bei allem Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr materielle Sorgen wegen Arbeits- und Perspektivlosigkeit, die einen vielleicht an der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit und -bereitschaft von Parteien und Personen zweifeln lassen, kann ich es trotzdem nicht verstehen, dass man sich dazu entschlie\u00dft, nicht \u00fcber die Zusammensetzung des Parlaments mit abstimmen zu wollen. Schlie\u00dflich darf man vom Staat einiges erwarten, das darf umgekehrt aber auch der Staat von seinen Mitgliedern. Den Negativ-Rekord in Sachen Wahlbeteiligung h\u00e4lt in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern die Gemeinde Bibow zwischen Wismar und Schwerin. Dort lag die Beteiligung an der Bundestagswahl bei gerade mal 34,7 Prozent, da sind also 65,3 Prozent der W\u00e4hlerinnen und W\u00e4hler nicht hingegangen zum Wahllokal. In absoluten Zahlen: Von 334 M\u00e4nnern und Frauen hatten nur 116 das Bed\u00fcrfnis, Ihr Wahlrecht zu nutzen. Geradezu vorbildlich hingegen der Ansturm auf die Wahlkabinen in Beseritz in Mecklenburg-Strelitz. 86,2 Prozent aller W\u00e4hlerinnen und W\u00e4hler waren da. Das ist kein Trost, und auch die Tatsache, dass in Sachsen-Anhalt die Beteiligung noch niederiger lag als in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, hilft nicht weiter.<\/p>\n<p>Und wie sieht es in Rostock und Schwerin aus? Der Unterschied in der Wahlbeteiligung liegt bei 0,3 Prozentpunkten. Schwerin 65,8, Rostock 65,5 Prozent Wahlbeteiligung. Hm, das ist kaum ein Unterschied, da kann man im knallharten St\u00e4dtevergleich keine Punkte vergeben. Es bleibt also bei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Rostock:Schwerin &#8211; 2:4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">(Rohdaten und Tabellen mit dem vorl\u00e4ufigen Endergebnis gibt es auch beim <a title=\"Bundestagswahlergebnisse auf bundeswahlleiter.de\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bundeswahlleiter.de\/de\/bundestagswahlen\/BTW_BUND_09\/\">Bundeswahlleiter<\/a>.
