Das war ganz unterhaltsam, wenn man Mantel- und Degen- und Piraten-Filme mag, bei denen es vor allem auf spektakul\u00e4re Fechtszenen auf festen und beweglichen Orten ankommt. Dazu dann noch die eine oder andere Seeschlacht, ein klamaukiger Hauptdarsteller und wirklich eklige Masken, das reicht dann schon f\u00fcr einen unterhaltsamen Abend zum Kinotagpreis. Dass man die Handlung nur ansatzweise durchschaut, weil a) man den ersten Teil nicht gesehen hat oder b) es auf den Gang der Dinge in dem Film nach Meinung seiner Urheber gar nicht so ankommt, ist da verzeihlich. Lustiger Freibeuter-Klamauk mit Johnny Depp, der &#8211; das kann man jetzt schon ahnen &#8211; noch eine weitere Fortsetzung finden wird. Nicht nur wegen der Einspielergebnisse (nach 16 Tagen schon \u00fcber 300 Millionen Dollar), sondern auch wegen der Abschlussszene. Auch der dritte Teil wird wohl wieder in einer S\u00fcdsee-Kulisse spielen, die &#8211; und das ist nun wirklich erstaunlich &#8211; der Optik eines Disney-Freizeitparks nachempfunden sein soll.
