Bei dieser Esso-Zapfs\u00e4ule auf jeden Fall mehr, als man erwartet.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ja, es geht nur um einen popeligen Cent &#8211; aber bei diesen Kraftstoffpreisen kommt man damit ja bald schon ein paar Kilometer weit. Wie auch immer, ich wollte ja weder die Rechnung anfechten, noch ihr widersprechen oder einen \u00d6lkonzern auf Herausgabe eines Cents verklagen. Und ich wollte ja schon gar nicht den Weltuntergang herbeireden oder gar Wegelagerei und modernes Raubrittertum wittern, als ich beim Bezahlen die Frau mit der seltsamen Dauerwelle an der Kasse darauf aufmerksam machte, dass sich ihre tolle Zapfs\u00e4ule &#8211; wenn auch nur minimal &#8211; zugunsten des Konzerns verrechnet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Wie reagiert eine Mitarbeiterin meiner bisherigen Stamm-Tanke an der Rostocker Nobelstra\u00dfe morgens gegen 8 Uhr? Mit Merkel-Mundwinkeln, Augenrollen und einem gelangweilten mir-doch-egal-Schulterzucken und dem Satz: &#8220;Ich kassier&#8217; hier das, was da steht, damit nachher meine Kasse stimmt.&#8221; Ja, gut. Das ist sch\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Ich h\u00e4tte mich allerdings \u00fcber ein &#8220;Hmm, das ist ja komisch, Entschuldigung! Ich werde mal unseren Techniker bitten, dass er sich darum mal k\u00fcmmert. Nicht, dass bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen noch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Fehler entstehen. Leider kann ich den Betrag aber nicht von Hand \u00e4ndern&#8230;&#8221; Wenn Sie mir den Cent angeboten h\u00e4tte, h\u00e4tte ich dankend abgelehnt. Aber ich h\u00e4tte mich \u00fcber Antwort und Geste gefreut.<\/p>\n<p>Wie es der Zufall will, hatte ich am Tag vorher zum selben Literpreis die gleiche Menge in Schwerin getankt &#8211; und danach den korrekt berechneten Preis bezahlt&#8230;.
