Und zwar, wenn man das alles via Smartphone steuern will. Ich habe wirklich lange nach einer funktionierenden Kombination aus Technik und Apps gesucht. &#8220;Twonky Beam&#8221; brachte heute unverhofft den Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausgangslage: Ein betagter, aber hervorragend klingender Harman-Kardon-Verst\u00e4rker, eine Fritzbox, die mit einer externen Festplatte auch als Medienserver fungiert, ein Apple-TV am Fernseher und einer Soundbridge von Roku am Verst\u00e4rker. Von der Soundbridge kann man problemlos auf die Mediathek der Fritzbox zugreifen. Die Soundbridge ist super, aber das zweizeilige Display l\u00e4sst sich nur f\u00fcr grundlegendes Bl\u00e4ttern in Alben und Playlists nutzen. Ich habe nach einer App gesucht, mit der man vom iOS-Dings direkt bestimmen kann, welcher Song aus der Mediathek auf der Soundbrigde landet, um das traute Heim zu beschallen. Ich habe mehrere ausprobiert, es hat nicht funktioniert. Heute habe ich Twonky-Beam getestet. Es funzt. So gehts.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Twonky Beam im App-Store\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/de\/app\/twonky-beam\/id445754456?mt=8\">Twonky Beam gibts kostenlos im AppStore<\/a>. Die App ist ein Teil aus der Produktreihe des <a title=\"Twonky-Media-Server \u00dcbersicht\" href=\"http:\/\/twonky.com\/products\/\">Twonky Media Servers<\/a>, der auf PCs eingesetzt werden kann. Die App findet automatisch Medien auf dem iPad bzw. iPhone und alle Medienserver im Netzwerk. Je nachdem, was diese Server unterst\u00fctzen, kann man in Genre-, Titel-, Internpreten-, Alben- und weiteren Listen bl\u00e4ttern. Mit einem Tipp darauf l\u00e4sst sich das Audio herunterladen oder &#8220;Beamen&#8221;. Und das machts interessant. In einer Liste zeigt Twonky Beam auch alle Player im Netzwerk an. So l\u00e4sst sich die Soundbridge ausw\u00e4hlen. Und dann&#8230; meckert die App. Das Medium lasse sich nicht wiedergeben. Mit einem Klick in die Einstellungen setzt man ein H\u00e4kchen bei &#8220;Anderen Ger\u00e4ten im WiFi-Netzwerk den Zugriff auf dieses Ger\u00e4t erlauben&#8221;. Unter &#8220;Konfiguration der Medienfreigabe&#8221; legt man noch fest, was alles verf\u00fcgbar sein soll, Fotos, Videos und Musik&#8230;. Da es hier vor allem um Musik geht, ist ein H\u00e4kchen bei &#8220;Musik&#8221; die logische Konsequenz.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man jetzt auf einen Titel tippt, funktionierts. Die Soundbridge holt sich den Song vom Medienserver. Praktisch: Es gibt auch eine Warteschlange, man kann also sozusagen eine Playlist f\u00fcr den Moment anlegen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Twonky Beam&#8221; ist nicht nur f\u00fcr Audios geeignet, sondern vor allem f\u00fcr Videos und Fotos gedacht , um sie direkt auf den dazu f\u00e4higen Fernseher zu beamen. Dies soll auch direkt mit Online-Videos funktionieren. Wie gut das klappt, habe ich nicht getestet, denn dazu gibts hier ja das Apple-TV-Ding. <a title=\"Twonky Beam im Play-Store\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.pv.twonkybeam&amp;hl=de\">Die App gibts auch f\u00fcr Android im Google-Play-Store<\/a>&#8230;. und funktioniert hoffentlich auch mit anderen UPNP-Playern, denn die Soundbridge gibts h\u00f6chstens noch bei Ebay.<br \/>\n<em>Edit: Soeben festgestellt, dass Twonky Beam auch Airplay-Ger\u00e4te unterst\u00fctzt. Also kommt auch ein Apple TV als Beam-Ziel infrage.
