Der Germanist wurde im Revisionsverfahren schuldig gesprochen. Das Landgericht sah es als erwiesen an, dass er B\u00fccher aus einer Hochschulbibliothek in Bonn geklaut und dann bei einem Internetauktionshaus verkauft hatte. Das Urteil lautet: Eineinhalb Jahre Haft auf Bew\u00e4hrung. Wenn dieses Urteil rechtskr\u00e4ftig wird, verliert der Mann seinen Beamtenstatus.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen das Urteil des Amtsgerichts hatte er nach einem ersten Gest\u00e4ndnis Widerspruch eingelegt. Auch die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte gegen das Urteil der ersten Instanz Berufung eingelegt. Auch nach dem neuen Urteil will die Verteidigung in Berufung gehen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wissenschaftler hatte mehrere Jahre in Bonn gelehrt. Die B\u00fccher, die er nach Auffassung des Gerichts gestohlen hat, stammen aus dem 16. bis 18. Jahrhundert.
