Das geht aber nicht.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eWarum nicht?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eDer Bildschirm reagiert nicht. Dort ist ein Dialogfeld zu sehen, das hei\u00dft \u201aSendung einlegen\u2018.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eVon wo rufen Sie an?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eRostock. Die Packstation hat die Nummer 105.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eWelche Nummer hat die Packstation?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201e105\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eIn Rostock?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eJa.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eUnd die Packstation ist die&#8230;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eEins. Null. F\u00fcnf.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eUnd was ist ihr Anliegen?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eIch m\u00f6chte ein Paket abholen. Das geht aber nicht. Der Monitor zeigt ein Fenster zum Thema \u201aSendung abschicken\u2018 mit Buttons wie \u201aAbbrechen\u2018, \u201aFach zu klein\u2018 und \u201aSendung eingelegt.\u2018 Aber der Touchscreen reagiert nicht.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eJa, das geht nicht. Das Fach f\u00fcr ihr Paket ist zu klein!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201e?!@?&#8230; Ich m\u00f6chte kein Paket abgeben, ich m\u00f6chte eines abholen!!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eEinen Moment. Ich versuche, die Station neu zu starten. Ganz genau. Aber die Packstation ist kaputt. Der Bildschirm reagiert nicht.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eEinen Moment bitte&#8230;.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eJa, der Schaden ist vor f\u00fcnf Minuten schon gemeldet worden.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eIst es denn zu glauben &#8230;\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eDer Schaden muss durch einen Techniker behoben werden. Das geht innerhalb von 24 Stunden.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ich: \u201eSch\u00f6n.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Telefon: \u201eWerktags. Aber heute ist Sonnabend. Morgen ist Sonntag. Seit zwei elendigen Tagen. Wie lange glaubst Du eigentlich, soll das da nach rumliegen, Du Dilettant?!
