Man spricht dort Englisch, aber auch gerne mal Tobi oder Sonsorolesisch. 20.000 Einwohner gibt es dort. Einige von denen machen Musik, und die kann man weltweit h\u00f6ren, denn WWFM 89.5 Palau hat einen Internetstream. &#8220;Just imagine sitting          near the water and listening to the swinging rhythms of Palauan music&#8221;, r\u00e4t die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brouhaha.net\/palau\/wwfm.html\">Internetseite einen Palau-Fans<\/a>.  Man m\u00f6chte beim H\u00f6ren aber trotzdem nicht unbedingt gleich die Koffer packen und ans andere Ende der Welt ziehen &#8211; aber das kann viele Gr\u00fcnde haben. Eine m\u00f6gliche Ursache w\u00e4re, dass die &#8220;swinging rhythms of Palauan music&#8221; so klingen, als best\u00fcnde die Ausstattung des Ton-Studios aus einem Casio-Keyboard und mehr nicht, w\u00e4hrend die S\u00e4nger, zumindest f\u00fcr unsere \u00fcberheblichen westlichen Ohren, so klingen, als suche Palua immer wieder den Superstar (PSDS) und alle Bewohner werden einzeln und nacheinander gezwungen mitzumachen.  Trotzdem, ein bisschen Kreuzfahrt-Feeling kommt nat\u00fcrlich auf. Unwillk\u00fcrlich sieht man vor dem inneren Auge am wei\u00dfen Strand vor blauem Meer Bastr\u00f6ckchen wippen, strahlende Barkeeper Cocktails mixen und dann ist da noch Captain Merrill Stubing, wie er wieder mal nicht auf der Br\u00fccke vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0075529\/combined\">Loveboat<\/a> steht&#8230; So k\u00f6nnte es stundenlang weitergehen&#8230;.  Eben wurde \u00fcbrigens durchgesagt, dass morgen eine wichtige Einwohnerversammlung mit dem Gouverneur ist &#8211; alle sollen bitte p\u00fcnktlich sein. Nun gut. Das sind hinreichende Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr diese sonnt\u00e4gliche Musikempfehlung einen Internetstreams:  <em>Heute<\/em>: Live WWFM 89.5, Palau  <a href=\"mms:\/\/media03.netenterprise.net\/palauradio\/\">Hier<\/a> ist der Stream f\u00fcr den MediaPlayer, allerdings mit gerade mal 20kbps (das ist rein rechnerisch ein Bit f\u00fcr jeden Einwohner&#8230;).  &#8230; Ich war eigentlich schon fertig &#8211; und dann traute ich meinen Ohren kaum. Da lief eben die Palau-Version von &#8230; na? Von &#8220;Schuld war nur der Bossa Nova&#8221;. Weil&#8217;s sonst niemand glauben w\u00fcrde, habe ich mal schnell einen Mitschnitt gemacht.
