Die ehemalige Ostseef\u00e4hre liegt seit einigen Wochen am Strand von Alang in Indien. Dies sind neue Bilder der Initiative &#8220;<a title=\"Link zu Profinnjet.fi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.profinnjet.fi\/index.html\">profinnjet<\/a>&#8221; aus Turku in Finnland vom 23. August. Das Schiff soll allem Anschein nach in Indien abgewrackt werden, nachdem Fans der F\u00e4hre noch versucht hatten, die Finnjet zu retten. Ein Plan sah unter anderem vor, das Gasturbinenschiff als Hotelschiff zu nutzen. \u00dcber den aktuellen Zustand des Schiffes will profinnjet in den kommenden Tagen informieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Angaben, wie erfolgreich die Bem\u00fchungen sind, das Schiff vor dem Abdecker zu retten, sind widerspr\u00fcchlich. <!--more-->Im Forum auf finnjetweb.com hei\u00dft es unter anderem, f\u00fcr das gerettete Schiff w\u00fcrde nur noch ein Liegeplatz im finnischen Turku fehlen. Angeblich seien Investoren bereit, die Finnjet, die jetzt \u00fcbrigens Kingdom hei\u00dft, sozusagen freizukaufen &#8211; allerdings nur, wenn es f\u00fcr sie einen Liegeplatz gibt. Den gibt es bislang aber offenbar nicht. Und so geht das Hoffen und Bangen der Schiff-Fans weiter. Viel Zeit bleibt nicht mehr.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kohlhof.de\/kohlhof\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/finnjet_alang02.jpg\" alt=\"Rumpf der Finnjet - Arbeiter haben ein Loch hineingeschnitten\" hspace=\"14\" vspace=\"19\" align=\"left\" \/>Die Arbeiter in Alang haben unter anderem schon ein Loch in den Rumpf des Schiffes geschwei\u00dft, um an Bord gelangen zu k\u00f6nnen. Finnjetweb.com zeigt au\u00dferdem <a title=\"Bericht vom Besuch an Bord des Schiffes in Alang\" href=\"http:\/\/www.finnjetweb.com\/alang1.pdf\">weitere Bilder aus dem Innern<\/a>, die Schmutz, Dreck, Verw\u00fcstungen und Schimmel auch in den technischen R\u00e4umen zeigen. Dabei wurde das Schiff vor gut drei Jahren grundlegend \u00fcberholt. Ihre Fans wollen die Finnjet retten, weil sie das Schiff f\u00fcr ein bedeutendes St\u00fcck Technik- und F\u00e4hrgeschichte halten.
